ToolHound’s visibility property provides location-based security to enable or prevent users from viewing or modifying ToolHound data. The visibility of a user can be any location in the location hierarchy tree except bin location types. Every ToolHound user has a visibility associated with it and based on the visibility of an object or the location that a transaction takes place at, the user may or may not have access to that object or transaction.
